Apple, Almond and Spinach Smoothie
- 1 large apple (or 2 small apples)
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
- large handful of spinach
- thumb of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2 cups of fresh filtered water
- 1-2 dates, depending on sweetness of apples
1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend thoroughly.
2. Add more liquid depending on desired consistency. I like mine quite runny, others like them thicker.
